Shipping

Most items usually ship from Mexico. The average time of arrival is between 4 to 10 business days in the U.S. and 10 - 16 business days for international orders. Orders that are received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and on any holiday are not processed until the following business day. Few times orders are shipped from the U.S. when inventory is available.

Tracking numbers - Tracking numbers are provided for all orders within the U.S. and Mexico. The Mexican post office provides tracking numbers that can be tracked by both the Mexican post office and the United States Post Office. The post office of other countries may not participate in tracking international orders. Items that are shipped from the U.S. outside of the U.S. will not have a tracking number.

Refunds

Because we try our best to keep low prices, our refund policy is almost non-existent. There are a few instances when we do allow refunds.

1. Wrong Item Shipped.
2. Undue shipping delays within our control (partial refund for customer satisfaction given)
3. Timely Cancellation

Cancellations.

If you change your mind about your order however, we give you up to 1 hour after you have placed your order to cancel your order for a complete refund. When paying via Google Checkout (GC), GC will also provide you a 15 minute window to cancel your order through Google directly. If you decide to cancel your order after the one hour window is over, a restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee is generally 30% of the total charge of the order.
